“LOVED this property and would def go back. Room was a bit dated but in good shape and HUGE and the terrace / views amazing. The highlight!!! Love walking into town. Two thumbs up!! ”

The hosts were extremely responsive and had amenities such as beach chairs, towels, and a place where guests can leave things for other guests to use. We had a private patio that has a view of the ocean with crashing sounds of the waves. The villa was a convenient walk to the town and yet secluded. Wonderful stay!”

“We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings.”

“Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. “The address is 13C Contant road. It is one half of the upper floor of the building. New construction going up in the neighboring property. Expedia's map has the location on the wrong part of Contant road. The road is quite steep. Backing out and turning around takes practice. Otherwise, the facility is good & clean. We appreciated the cooler, the beach towels and chairs, etc..”

“Everything you need is in the unit. Easy walk downhill to the Cruz Bay area. Off street parking is nice to keep rental car safe. Forego the high end resort fees for amenities you would not use and put that money towards a rental car so you can explore all the great places or hire a boat to take you to those places you can’t access via car.”

“The property was super-clean, well-equiped and had all necessary eating utensils and cookware. It is located near the top of a hill on the outskirts of Cruz Bay, best reached by taxi or rental car. Guests can walk down to the main road and take a safari taxi to go to downtown Cruz Bay, and take another safari taxi to go to the beautiful north-coast beaches. The property is well-recommended to all potential guests.”
